This position handles a high work volume and interacts with the public on a daily basis.  Duties to include, but not limited to:
Prepare files in a timely and accurate manner for assignment and distribution to staff
Answer telephone and direct calls to appropriate staff
Print and distribute all notices in a timely manner to staff
Greet visitors professionally in reception area
Receive, sort, distribute office mail
Perform two daily court runs to pick up and drop off materials to appropriate Court Departments.
Performs other duties and assignments as requested

Requirements:
Associates degree:  Paralegal Studies or Criminal Justice preferred and one year of paid full time secretarial/clerical experience
OR high school diploma/GED and three years paid full time secretarial/clerical experience.
Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm net.

Hours:  Monday-Friday:  8am - 4:30p or 8:30am-5p (alternate weekly); 1 hour lunch; no OT/weekends

Benefits:  37.50 hour work week; alternate weekly between 8:00am-4:30pm and 8:30am-5:00pm. Great work/life balance with no weekends, no OT.
