Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist in their Lube Center. Customer Service Representatives must be energetic, customer oriented, have good communication skills, and thrive in a team environment.

    * Monday - Sunday; hours may vary, over-time as needed  

Duties and Responsibilities
    * Giving customers a great experience on their visit
    * Receive data from customers about their vehicle and digest into the POS system
    * Assist in the retail aspect of our business: working at the customer service desk and organizing products
    * Assisting with the upkeep of the store
    * Open to learn different areas of the business
    * Working in other areas of the business as needed

Minimum Qualifications
    * Education - high school diploma or GED equivalent is desirable
    * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
    * Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    * Can work a flexible schedule

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit and talk or hear, use hands to operate, finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Will be working inside and outside in all types of weather.
