Job Title: Manual Machinist - Lathe and Boring Mill (Job Order ID 16CJw, local candidates only, please)

Job Location: Benton Harbor, MI

Job Details:

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a machinist running manual lathes and boring mills. Programming knowledge and experience using Fanuc controls is a BIG plus.

This is NOT a production CNC job. The employee will be machining large pieces (primarily bars and shafts) on very large manual lathes and mills.

This shop uses primarily manual lathes and boring mills, with some CNC's.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

This is a 2nd shift opening, but it is desirable for the candidate to be flexible between 2nd & 1st. Must be available to train on first shift.

Salary: $12.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
