Job Details:
We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst who has management potential
to move up in the company.
Duties:
Provide technical computer support to internal clients over the
telephone or in person.
Must be able to determine the nature of the problem, analyze issues
accordingly and resolve the issue or escalate if required in a timely
manner.
Must have strong IT and network troubleshooting knowledge.
This individual must also possess excellent communication and
the customer service skills required for effective, courteous and
professional management of inquiries, problems and assistance requests
from company employees.
He/she must have the ability to make decisions quickly and independently
without direct supervision.
Future management opportunities exist for the right candidate.
Qualifications include a personal drive to satisfy others, excellent
persuasive skills, exceptional intelligence, and leadership ability.
Must have a Bachelor's degree.
