Job Title: Computer Technician
Location: Southwest Michigan
Job Details:
Must have general computer and network troubleshooting experience
Duties will include:

Cleaning & regular preventative maintenance of PC's
-
Hardware, software and network fault locating and resolution
-
Hardware component upgrades and replacements
-
Network design, installation and troubleshooting
-
Software troubleshooting Win 9x/ME and NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista
-
Software installation and upgrades
-
Training on applications software
-
On-site help for small to medium businesses
-
Data backup and recovery
-
Virus removal and repair
-
Specialized services like Internet setup, email or site
design
-
Computer setup and installations
-
Hardware and software advice and consulting
-
Must have great customer service skills, a friendly
and helpful demeanor, and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Some travel to customer sites will be required.
Additional training will be provided. This job starts part
time, 15-25 hours per week.
Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Salary: $10.00 to $13.00 per hour, depending on experience
