Job Title:Computer Installer (Job Order

Job Details:
Seeking to fill 10 open positions.
Will make site visits to our wholesale distribution locations for
the purpose of upgrading personal computer hardware, software and
network components in a Windows environment. All of the upgrades
will be performed during the weekend. A Minimum of 24 site visits
per year will be required. Supports the project Manager assigned
to the location and reports to the Technical Migration Manager.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and inter-personal skills:
Must be able to maintain and foster a solid professional
working relationship with other Systems Department personnel either
in-house or onsite.
Must be able to maintain and foster a solid professional
working relationship with company personnel while onsite.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively to both
Department and field personnel.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with
supervisory personnel.
Basic understanding of networking essentials.
Understand the basic troubleshooting techniques for both
NT based Domain and peer-to-peer networks.
Basic understanding of Domain security protocols and administration.
Excellent computer hardware background.
Understands basic troubleshooting techniques for computers
and related peripherals.
Ability to follow instruction and adhere to published company
and/or departments standards.
Ability to function independent of direct supervision.
Ability to travel independently throughout the United States.
Valid drivers license, clean driving record and appropriate
liability insurance.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
