Job Title: Welding/Fabrication Supervisor
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Job Details for Welding/Fabrication Supervisor:
Must have at least a High School Diploma, some college is
a plus.
Must have at least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience
in metal fabrication and welding.
Job shop experience is strongly preferred.
This is a non-union shop, this supervisor will oversee about
30-40 hourly employees.
The company does heavy metal fabrication (for later machining)
for the heavy equipment, off-road, agricultural, construction
and mining equipment industries.
They do heavy metal fabrication (not sheet metal), with
some robotic welding and a lot of manual welding.
Must know Mig and Flex Core welding.
Salary: $58,000.00 to $62,000.00
