The Level 1 Help Desk Analyst provides telephone support for internal
employees who are using our internally-developed, Windows-based
computer systems. Help Desk analysts diagnose the nature of the
caller’s problem, resolve the issue and log the call information
for future reference. The Analyst’s prime responsibility is
to ensure that internal employees receive a superior level of service
through the timely and respectful exercise of excellent customer
service skills on each call.
A degree in a business or computer science field strongly preferred.
Dallas, TX area.
Salary: $32,000.00 to $33,000.00
