Job Title: Business Analyst and IT Project Manager

Job Details:
Business Analyst and IT Project Manager. This position will have
overall responsibility for the design, development and implementation
of projects assigned to them. To be successful, the position will
work closely with end users, senior management, IT development and
testing staff, and implementation resources. Reports directly to
the Director of IT.
Requirements:
1. Experience with all facets of business management including:
sales, operations, HR, finance, marketing and project management.
2. Intellectual capacity and work experience to analyze business
operations in order to recognize opportunities, risk and problems
and develop practical solutions to meet the business needs.
3. Ability to interact with a wide range of people from clerical
staff, technical leads and senior management to elicit ideas, obtain
knowledge, obtain buy-in and manage change.
4. Excellent executive functioning and administrative skills.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the attention
to detail required to develop formal documents and presentations.
6. Affinity for developing and using IT solutions to solve business
problems.
7. Ability to work in a hands-on environment where no job is too
big (i.e., strategic thinking) nor too small (e.g., perform system
tests or create detailed design documents).
8. Ability to use a consultative approach to develop and implement
pragmatic solutions in a decentralized environment where direct
control of decisions and resources is not the norm.
9. Bachelor's Degree with major work in business administration,
operations or similar field is required. MBA or equivalent experience
is highly desired.
10. At least 5 years of work experience in the distribution or
retail industry.

Salary: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00
