Job Title: Research and Development Specialist (Job Order ID 13Y4 - Local candidates only, please)

Job Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Job Details: This position is responsible for researching, developing, testing, and launching new food products for the company.

Will be working with food formulas, sanitation, food safety, and will work in a test kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Kaizen

• Six Sigma

• Minimum 5 years of related experience

• Bachelor's degree majoring in food manufacturing or Research and Development, Master's degree a plus

Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00

This company is in the food manufacturing business

Because of Federal and state regulations, there are some strict sanitation rules they have to follow:

• No jeans are allowed.

• WHITE SHIRTS only must be worn.

• Shirts MUST be tucked in.

• Absolutely NO jewelry (except wedding ring).

• No nail polish or acrylic nails.

• Must be clean cut - no facial hair allowed.

• Must wear a hair net (provided by the company).
