Job Details: Production Foreman
This job requires an employee to be flexible and available to
work any shift as needed (shift hours determined by plant and production
needs.
The Production Foreman will be responsible for training, directing
and disciplining 12-40 employees.
Employee will be responsible for overall plant operations during
shift, including meeting production schedules
Must have the ability to follow through, be able to communicate
and work well with others in a plant environment.
This job requires an individual who is punctual, self-motivated,
outgoing, production and quality conscientious.
Must be able to maintain employee and product safety, monitor
usages and paperwork and have basic computer skills.
Good troubleshooting skills are essential.
Must be willing to work some weekends depending on production
schedule.
We have immediate openings for this job, but it is an ongoing
opportunity.. We are always interested in talking with candidates
who could qualify for this job.
Salary: $16.00

Must be clean cut - no facial hair allowed.
Must wear a hair net (provided by the company).
