Job Title: Line Foreman
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Job Details: There are a total of 18 openings for these
Line Foreman jobs.
MUST be flexible to work all shifts (shift hours vary depending
on the location).
Will train, direct and discipline 12-40 employees and be
responsible for overall plant operations during their shift.
Will be responsible for meeting production schedules.
Must have the ability to follow through and be able to communicate
and work well with others in a manufacturing environment.
Strong trouble shooting skills are a must.
Must be punctual, self-motivated, outgoing, and production
and quality conscientious.
Will be responible for employee and product safety.
Will monitor usages and paperwork.
Must have basic computer skills.
Must be willing to work some weekends depending on production
schedule.
This company is in the food manufacturing business.
Because of Federal and state regulations, there are some
strict rules about sanitation they have to follow:

No jeans are allowed.

WHITE SHIRTS only must be worn.
-
Shirts MUST be tucked in.
-
Absolutely NO jewelry (except wedding ring).
-
No nail polish or acrylic nails.
-
Must be clean cut - no facial hair allowed.
-
Must wear a hair net (provided by the company).
SHIFTS:
1ST: 8AM-4PM OR 7AM-3PM
2ND: 4PM-12AM OR 3PM-11PM
3RD: 12AM - 8AM OR 11PM-7AM
Salary: $12.00
