Job Interview Tips

You have some interviews lined up for the week. Now what?? You need to properly prepare yourself besides wearing a business suit and bringing extra copies of your resume. You need to conduct research in order to out-smart your competition. Here are some excellent suggestions to help you

• Investigate the company. Call them and get their annual report. You can find out about their financial status that way. By going in and telling them that you know what their sales figures are for the last 3 to 5 years, will impress them. They will see you went the extra mile.
  

• Check out the company website. It may give you some useful information. By knowing as much as you can about the company, you'll show your interest.
  

• Tell them what YOU can do for them, not the other way around. If you tell them you can generate more sales by 25% in your first 6 months, make sure you can prove it.
  

• Always, always send a thank you letter for the interview. Remind them about your skills and how you will contribute to their company.
