Temporary-to-Hire
We can provide you with talented employees on a temporary-to-hire basis with the possibility of being hired by your company after a minimum assignment period is met. Prior to you extending an offer of direct employment, Williamson is the employer of record and assumes the responsibility for workers' compensation insurance, payroll, unemployment cost, and benefits. Our Temporary to Hire program works well for assigned employees as well as employers. Before joining the staff of the prospective employer, employees get to know the business work culture and job responsibilities. As the client company, you will have the opportunity to become familiar with employee abilities, skills, and corporate culture fit.
